Other details / notes:Yesterday,i got a friend request on Skype from this guy,saying that he is interested in my account.We chatted for a while,made a price and he said that he will pay first cause i am repped seller on this forum.
When he payed i got a message that the payment is pending wich i never ever got throught out of all my deals till now.
I've sent him a screenshot saying that the payment is not on my account and that it's still pending,he got mad then and sent me a screenshot that paypal took the money from him and that it's say completed by his side.I was confused because this never happend to me and he then started acusing me of being a scammer cause i didn't want to give him my account.Ofcourse not when i didn't get the payment on my account.He manipulated with me and started saying that he will give me a negative feedback on Epicnpc for scamming him,etc.I was like there is probably some problem with his bank etc and it will take few days for the funds to land on my Paypal account.I couldn't even talk to him anymore cause he started calling me names and i gave him the account in the end.He changed the mail and password,after that we chatted a bit and i said to him that he needs to send an email to paypal and ask them why are the funds pending in my account.He told me that he will send the mail,i've already sent it by my self before that also.
Today i got an email from paypal saying that the guy payed via bank and it will take 5-7 days for the funds to come to my account and i was like okaay.
I asap wrote him a message on skype and sent him the mail that i've got and he wasn't responding.After i came home and turned on my laptop i saw that he deleted or blocked me from skype.
So he was obviosly making things up and manipulating with me so i can give him the account and the funds won't even come to my account.
I will post the screenshots of our chat,including his Paypal pictures and mine also
Hope that this waste of a life will get banned

Hello. This threat doesnt make any sense - I sent him the money. And he will get it. But he keeps telling me he doesnt trust me, and text spamming me like im the one in charge for his paypal problem. And thats why i removed him. I dont want to get spammed every hour by a paranoid kid.

Did you even send the email to them yesterday to ask them why is YOUR payment pending on my accunt?You lied,that you've sent it like you lied for everything.You sent the payment as Virtual Goods,NOT Friends and Family as you are saying.
You got the account by manipulating me and acusing me of being a scammer when i did not want to give you the account because the payment was PENDING and i shouldn't even gave it to you.
You got the account and i am not payed still,i will not talk to you anymore,you are just a lame guy with no respect for others.
Just the thing thay you blocked me on skype while the deal was not even finisht says all.

Yes Doomed,the payment is''sent'' as goods and service not friends and family as he is saying.
This guy is a scammer and i do not want to do any business with him and he doesn't deserve my account.
He just wants to buy some time so he can re sell my account,and i will ofcourse never get the payment.
We will not see soon anything,you CAN NOT use my account until you pay,end of this discussion.

Recall account, if payment goes through you could deliver it then. that payment is pending and is likely to be taken back by paypal. they almost never go through.

And what will happen with this guy?If i didn't make a dispute here he would get away with this scam.He literally wasted my time and i had other buyers who were interested also.Now i need to waste my time with League of Legends support so i can get the accoumt back.
Even if the payment comes to my account he will get refunded cause i do not want to deal with this guy and be afraid in the future that he can open a dispute on Paypal and recall the money.

If it was send via friends and family there would be no fee and the funds would be on my account instantly.I do not care about your money or dealing business with you anymore.You will get money back if they come to my account which they 100% won't.You were only wasting my time all a long and ruining my business
