Extremely unreliable & unable to complete job.. don’t recommend.

I have tried to be extremely patient, but I cannot keep waiting when there is often no communication on their end. I have waited 3 months, and have been given promise after promise—none of which were fulfilled. The seller would constantly disappear and ignore me until I start messaging on epicNPC.

I am not their babysitter, but often times feeling like one when I have to check-in every other week to make sure they are actually working (they weren’t). They had a decent start, but progress fell off a cliff and never really started again after the first month.

Overall, was a pain to deal with when I am getting this service because I am busy in the first place. Terrible communication and has a habit of over-promising. Would not recommend to anyone getting a bigger job because they have no sense of responsibility.
