108MT Troops consisting of T8 down to T3 for meat shields
All mastery buildings (monuments,blackmarket,etc) at lvl 39 with the assault hanger at lvl18
Stat Shop maxed out
Troop enhancements need work due to new enhancements majority maxed out tho
