The account is T4 ready, literally only have to research 3 things in combat tree then all T4 troops unlocked.
Economy tree is completely maxed
Up to Rebel 5 in Commander Tree
Commander is 50, with full trap LEGENDARY gear with spidermines
Mission power is at 0
Every building is level 21 except for a few hospitals, one bank, and a few farms
Complete set for Research % and Combat % reduction legendary gear
Has thousands upon thousands of speed ups, just lacks some of the bigger ones like 24HR +
For all the account has it is valued around 2k-2.5k especially since the NEW state im in is less than 30 days
You can be a power house, and easily contest head of state if wanted...
