How to report forum sections for games that no longer exist?

The DarkScape RuneScape server no longer exists as of the end of March 2016, but the trading forum for it is still listed in the RuneScape section (https://www.epicnpc.com/forums/823-Runescape-Darkscape-Server). In the future, how should I report sections for games that no longer exist so they can be removed?
