And, if someone buy something, he has to pay before, after or whenever during the translation? To sum up, what's the "ethical behavior" here? 'xd

the way to check if someones trustworthy? feedback and upgrades here. More feedback the better. Epic member or epicnpc verified are a good start too.
But always confirm you are talking to the real person if someone contacts you off site. make sure person posts in your threads and the contact information is exactly the same.

Who goes first depends on deal. Usually less rep means they go first.
Use the trade guardian middleman service located at top of page that way you are not paying first or giving account information to the buyer first if you are selling.
