How to close thread in new look Epicnpc

Hello , i try find a option *mark as sold* , but cant find, how i close thread now, if possible admin please help me close

Does it means I could post more than 3 threads this time?
I sold 1 item and want to post other one without breaking the rules.

Even if you mark a thread as "sold" you are still not allowed to have more than 3 on the first page.

You have to wait until a thread is bumped down to page 2.

WHY???
3 Thread Rule says:
"A member is not allowed to have more than three (3) active threads on the first page of any one forum"
Is sold thread active??? Did you change the rules?

The rule was not changed. It was always 3 thread total. This entire process will be changed in the future, so for now, please keep it to 3 threads.
