How to cancel offer

so I'm really new to this and don't really know how payment and transactions go. I sent an $60.00 offer to a person who was last online back in 2019 and I didn't read a lot about the item and want to learn more. I also want to know if and how I could get there attention about the item I want to buy.

Offers can't be cancelled until it's accepted. If they never accept, then there is no transaction. If accepted, then you'll see the transaction on your Trade Guardian > Active Transaction page and can cancel from there.
