ok i'm buying an account using paypal and before ive always done thru a safety process or website but this time i can't, so if i get account recalled what is best way to get money back from paypal? it's pretty big amount of money

find someone you can trust to purchase from -preferably one of the resellers.
i cannot post on how to recall a paypal payment as scammers would exploit it.
