How safe is wire/money xfer between banks?

Very new to this myself, having never bought nor sold anything besides gold to guildmates.

Was curious how safe a money xfer between banks is for the receiver of the money.

Is it possible for the purchaser to recall their money like scammers do via paypal?

Its not safe at all. Basically like Westernunion.
Use paypal if anything - just make sure the person is legit

How is it not safe may i ask? I was looking at using the same method when i sell an account of mine
