What happens in the following scenario?
-buyer buys credits with paypal
-seller receives credits and delivers goods
-buyer chargebacks the paypal payment

Will the credits get removed from the seller? Can freshly registered user buy credits with paypal?

To my knowledge I don't know if that has ever happened, but if it has, it would not affect you at all. The site owner aka Mike/EpicNPC would deal with the dispute himself, and you'll still retain the credits.

Any member on this site are able to purchase credits, but I believe the risk of trading with our credits are really low so you should be safe.

Plus if you have the entire chat and screenshots of it, it can strongly back you up that the goods had been delivered etc.

Hopefully someone else can give you a more definitive answer.

It depends on the situation, but we will freeze the credits first and ask the seller to recover the item or account. In most cases we will absorb the lose, but not all.

Could you give more detailed answer? What are the exceptions? Assuming the seller is legit and its not some con to defraud the site.

If a buyer was to charge back the credits, then the credits that are traded to your account would be frozen, meaning you won't be able to use or trade them, and we would ask that you recover your account/item. If worse case scenario you could not recover your account, then we/EpicNPC would need to tank that loss to a certain extent as stated above.

I don't think it would make a difference if the seller was legit or not.

I've just reworded what EpicNPC said, but he may be able to give you a better explanation when he comes online
