How many accounts can you have on your PS4 before Sony gets suspicious?

I have 11 accounts (including mine and my brother's legit accounts) on my PS4. Don't think I'll go more than that as I plan on deleting 3 of the users who have games I don't play anymore.

My question is has anyone heard of a certain number that may raise suspicion in regards to "too many" accounts on a single PS4? I know the max limit is 16 at a time but I don't plan on maxing out. I figure I'd always be able to keep it around 10 or so tops.


If anyone has any thoughts on this it would be appreciated! I don't want to get banned and I don't want Sony to notice any funny behavior on my end.

Hi! Max 15 accs on your ps4. Better to do not max then 14pc. So when you want to add new before need to delete one.
