How long does a thread draft last?

Around 4-5 days ago I was writing up a thread for my personal account sale, and the next day when I revisited the thread post the draft is still there, I keep writing and revising my thread until 2 days ago, the draft is gone and I had to start over. Since I'm not a very active seller nor an old seller, if I would like to know, how long does a thread draft last? Would it be deleted after a few days? After deleting cookies? Logging in into a different device? Not revisited after a few days? Or others? Thank you for your help.

They are only saved for 24 hrs. However we are planning on creating a new template system where sellers can create and save templates indefinitely. This will be available sometime early 2021.

Is it possible to adjust it to 1 month, with a requirement like X amount of feedback? That should help with database storage, its only 1 draft per game category right now anyway

They're currently saved in your browser. If we change it to 1 month, that could cause problems for people as you could have a huge amount of cookies with draft data.

This feature was removed from our development queue as the current setup is good enough and there's no demand for a new system. Sorry.
