How long do i wait to get an info?

so i made 2 bids one of them is paid but i didnt get any info yet
the other still didnt manage to claim my paypal payment....should i just cancel it and will it affect my rep? im new here and want to buy 2 accounts but i dont want to get scammed because the one who didnt claim my paypal payment i tried to emaill and the email failed to delivery 2 times. the guy had 4 reps but all positive

We do not recommend sending payment until you have contacted the seller first. So yes, you should cancel the payment that was not claimed, it will not have any negative effect on your rep.
