How do you justify not banning Cybrix?

Would love an explanantion on why he wasn't banned.

- He sells paladin to HordeFancyMe
- Recalls paladin account (for fun?).
- Returns paladin account after Horde opens PayPal dispute.
- He trades an account to FoxStar for a Mage that was previously bought from HordeFancyMe.
- He then trades the Mage to BL1493 for DK/War/Sham.
- BL1493 recalls DK/War/Sham and gets banned.
- Cybrix recalls paladin from HordeFancyMe AGAIN (2nd time).

So he recalls the paladin becasue he got scammed with a mage that was once sold by HordeFancyMe. Do you really think that Horde should be responsable for an account that was traded TWICE (or more), Mike? And let alone has NOTHING to do with the paladin that Cybrix had orginally sold Horde.

As soon as it starts becoming chain traded / scammed, it voids me of any responsibility, I cover my customers 100% for life, as you can ask many thousands of them, please just stop your making yourself look dumb, the mage has nothing to do with your paladin.

No proof of any of this was provided. If it had been, it would have turned out different.

HordeFancy could not provide ID to recall the mage. Which is the reason why cybrix recalled the paladin. While I agreed Cybrix should not have recalled, I was going to ban both people since they both were wrong as I already explained in the thread. Since they decided on their own solution I didn't ban either. No need for this, just re-read the 5 page thread.
