you can say your $99 goodbye b/c i got scammed for $600 when i bought a 8/8 DS hunter (the seller recalled it). paypal cant do jack [censored] about it b/c it's virtual item.

lol what you mean paypal cant do jackshit. They do everything, i cant tell you how many times ive sold an account and then 2 days later the buyer disputed me saying he never got the account. paypal always gave them the money, its a guranteed win for you if you dispute him

What if the person that scammed your money isnt verfied with paypal can it still be returned? I can confirm that you will get your money back through a dispute with a verified account because I attempted to buy an account thru paypal, he took my money said he never got it and he never gave me an account so I disputed it and recieved my money back, but the next day I attempted to buy another account (from a different seller, so I sent the guy $100 usd to an unverified account, I have disputed it 3 days ago and I have still yet to recieve the money. Do you have any insight to this?
