How do I get "post points" so I can add pictures to my posts?

How do I get post points so I can add pictures to my post...I intend to sell my guild wars 2 acc but I can't add pictures until I've accumulated post points...just what is this?

You need at least 5 posts to be able to post pictures. That's how it works mate
