How do i get my money back from paypal?Help..Scammed

I've just been scammed the guy gave me the account name and password and then went offline...4 days later(today)he has changed the password and now i have been scammed out of £200 i payed by paypal so how do i recall the money knowing for certain i will get it back???
please anybody.

please i just need to know how to recall the money from paypal for certain that i will get it back as last time i tried i didn't get it back.

Which he will lose, because nothing was sent in the mail. Paypal requires tracking numbers. So unless you can prove they sent you something you are SOL.

Also its a virtual item, paypal knows that already as im sure the seller has informed them of such.
 
So when he gave you the account name and password, then you gave him the money. You didn't think to change the email address so that he COULDN'T steal the account back? There's always a chance the original buyers can get accounts back, but changing the email PREVENTS them from doing it without having to call Blizzard.

Anyways. You're selling virtual items. You can open a dispute to recover that money. There's no way possible he can prove that he sent anything physically, and Paypal will be forced to return your money. Unfortunately, that's how buyer scammers also work.
