How do I end this dispute without having to result in refunding the scammer

I sold my rogue to rebeccapetdream (the persons aim) last night and this morning I woke up and saw that she/he made a claim dispute or w/e.

So I link the screenshots of the whole AIM convo and said I sold her Intangible goods but now there is a new dispute saying I need to refund or provide a tracking number... What do I do?

Ask them directly whats going on and explain that you were selling virtual goods. There is no shipping information that can be provided, however, the buyer now has your goods in which you cannot get back.

Thanks! Going to give them a call after I get the response from the email I sent them.

Sorry, your SCREWED. Should read the guide on how NOT to get scammed before ya sell.

Paypal will not help you. They will basically tell you your hosed and now your out the money.

Your best bet is to call blizzard and tell them your account was hacked. They will ask you to provide proof thay you are who you say you are but you should be able to get your account back.

Yes. Call them and do NOT resolve and refund them for the dispute. Just explain your situation calmly to the Paypal rep and WAIT out the dispute. You should be o.k. as long as it is an intangible item. Meanwhile, take your account back by calling blizzard.
