if you are a true reseller, please get serious and install wow on your computer so you can show the character in game to assume him that you do indeed own it.
you would then have to give the buyer your phone number, address and sometimes even a driver's license to prove that you are serious / whatever makes him comfortable.
THEN he will pay you and you give him the username and password for him to inspect the account (even if he deleted everything, just recall and page a GM - without the last name and SQA a "scammer" cannot do anything)
now, only give him the full information once the money has cleared into your bank account preventing recall.
now there are other ways of doing this correctly, however, seeing you are not even willing to install wow cause you are a "reseller" this is the method of least hassle.
honestly, if you dont try and take some of these steps, you will not be able to sell anything seeing you are not TWVed or +REPPED and a new user.
if you want others to take you seriously, you must first take them seriously as buyers as well.
