The thread was deleted by the scammer

Describe the problem:
The scammer asked for $25 for the account at first. Then he asked for $10 more. I paid the full $35 but then he gave me a fake account and asked for more money to get the real account.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
