Hello. The account will be available this next monday. I manage to resolve the problem which was that I tried to sell the account here on this site without using the Trade Guardian system and I was scammed by an user with high reputation. After some conversations with the support team of EpicNPC, they decided to ban this user and, a few weeks later after talking with Mihoyo customer service, I regained access to my account. I wasn't able to sell it because all that. Feel free to ask anything.

P.D.: the account now has Fischl on grade S with her signature bow and the PRI weapon of Fallen Rosemary.
