Poor Services? There's this little button called report post that will alert us and let us know if you want something changed in your post. Also you can message any member of the mod staff and we'll be happy to assist, but just posting in your own thread asking for it to be closed and then saying we're giving poor service because we dont look over every thread every day kinda doesn't make sense.
