We made a minor update to the homepage today to try to make browsing a little easier.
The "Trending" forums have been moved to the main forum list area and are now the default tab for the homepage. This should make it easier for new members to find our most popular categories.
We plan to make another minor update to better categories the forums displaying them along with their subforums.
