Holded Payment

Hello I want to ask

I was sell an account and make a deal to pay via Paypal
But theres a Holded Status after the Buyer sent the Payment
Its like this



Honestly its my first time i've received holded status. Do we just need to wait 24 hours untill the payment clear ?
Or is there any option to make it more quick ? Thanks

As far as i see, the buyer has not sent the money via Friends & Family option, so this is high risky trade. He can get the money back easily.
I strongly recommend you to cancel the payment and tell the buyer to send it Friends & Family option again. Hope that i didnt get late to tell it

Paypal holds are common for new Paypal accounts. This means the buyer has a new PP and wants to review it. There is no way to speed up the process, you just have to wait for PP.

If the payment is denied, then there is something very wrong with the buyer and you should no try to make another sale with them.

your question was related with "hold" status actually but i just wanted to point out section at the "second screenshot" which shows section of 'add tracking info' ,this means buyer has not used the friends & family option.

You shouldnt see this when you receive money via F&F .
anyways, hope that it helped you
