what lvl is the acc ? and why "friend or familly" only? i dont think anyone would sent that much to a stranger without any kind of safety

We still can use Trade Guardian service, I will lower the price for a bit to compensate the fee. But yea, it's only valid for me if its "friend or family". Don't want to be tricked by refund system.
