1. D5+ OCE & NA Booster - D1+ EU Boosters
2. No scripts or cheats of any sort
3. Dedication in boosting (1 division at least per day)
4. Ability to communicate on a regular basis (Skype Preferably)
There will be try-outs, do not contact me if you can not prove your rank.
