If you ever login into the game not using "real phone" or even you used 3rd party app(like IV checker, pokeadvisor etc) there's 99% chance you will be banned sooner or later, cuz it's against Niantic ToS.
There's even a case people that playing legit getting banned, maybe because they use fake gps or something similar installed in their phone.
Once the account has been Logged in Nickname, Changed Password or Team change returns are not accepted. In the event you have a problem with your account we will always
make it right by investigating the problem. i can only make a refund if you bought already banned account, ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO THE ACCOUNT(Google,PTC) AFTER LOGGED IN BY CUSTOMER E.G BANNED,
HACKED OR RESET I AM NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR AND WILL NOT REFUND / REPLACE BE WARNED!
