3) Budget, willing to go up to $1,500 depending on account (maybe more if it's one of a kind)
Criteria:
-At least 5+ 70s DoW/DoM
-At least 1 or 2 BiS toons (4.4) and prefer a bard
-Rare mounts (pvp/pve/general) but a good amount
-Loaded account in general
