Im looking to buy a neverwinter account, preferably maxed and high end, i am not taking into
consideration normal od mid game accounts, only top ones, i have a budget of 1000$, but im not going

Why did you scam me man? i trusted you knowing im new to paypal and the whole selling thing to help me finanacially for college you made me late for class and literally almost got dropped from it because you were so interested in buying my toon and you tricked me into taking my account and no pay? i sent you a request to pay hopefully you have it in your heart to do the right thing and pay man!
