The dragoon has full i90 gear (myth/allagan) + 1x i100 (soldiery) gear and the allagan weapon from twintania. I can provide images upon request.

-Turn 6 - 9 ready
-Leviathan ready
-Roughly 200 soldiery tomes
-9 days remaining left of game time (as of 4/25)
-Allagan weapon for the Monk as well incase you want to level that up
-Fantasia is also available if you want to change the way he looks.
-Parse 350+ on target dummy
