- if seller has no history of feedbacks, better settle with someone that has good history of positive feedbacks.
- before buying from someone else, better ask them first if the paypal account they will use for the transaction is personal and verified. If not, backout asap. Why? Well, imagine if a problem came out while sending your payment to that guy, and the problem lies from "his" paypal account. 10/10 that "guy" doesnt even know what to do with that. Imagine paypal does a security check on that "guy's" account, and that guy has no clue about that account since it requires verification about something that the real owner only knows.
