Well, imagine if a problem came out while sending your payment to that guy, and the problem lies from "his" paypal account. 10/10 that "guy" doesnt even know what to do with that. Imagine paypal does a security check on that "guy's" account, and that guy has no clue about that account since it requires verification about something that the real owner only knows. Good luck with your money if that happens.
- dont use any MM outside of this site if both the seller and the MM doesnt even use a personal and/or verified account. Again, you are risking your money for something isnt secured.
