hi, Im new here and ask how to delete multiple account

hi, my name is randu pinandito nugroho.
I'm new in epicnpc. I've been using epicnpc in 2 weeks.
so, i introduce my friend to use epicnpc to sell accounts too. we've sold account in here too.
yesterday my friend want to make an account, but he register the account USING MY LAPTOP, and got immediately banned.
the banned account is Baladeva and it linked to be my multiple account, but now he already make his own account using his own laptop.

my question is : how to delete the multiple account?
what is the suggestion to my problem.
