Sold me an account that ended up being recalled after a whole month.

So basically the reseller sold me an account about a month ago. I got bored of the account and decided to sell it because I had no intention of playing with the skins I had and sold it to a buyer. Now the problem occurred about 7-8 days after purchase from buyer, he got kicked out of the account. I asked the reseller but he claimed it would be impossible for someone to do such a thing because it's been so long. As far as I know account recall can happen at any moment due to the fact that all the original owner has to do is provide purchase receipts. The buyer and me do not play on Asian servers but when I checked the account and who could have possibly taken it, it is someone from asian servers playing which is an accurate location for the original owner since the reseller bought it from them.
