Stole my accounts after I bought them

I bought many accounts from this guy. I didn't change the passwords. He changed the passwords, and now he won't give me access to them. He is now dodging me as well.

 

I asked to buy this account and he said someone else is playing on it (boosting 5 stack). Why list an account for sale if someone is using it.

Stay away from this guy. Huge waste of time. Very bad seller. Listing accounts that he can not sell, maybe they are not even his.
