Paypal doesnt cover video game accounts, all you have to do is tell them that is what it is and they will throw the claim away.

I have had shady buyers try and get their money back and as soon as you mention that paypal drops the chargeback.

Yes but if pay by Family and friends you will never got back your money if someone cheat you and back his acount

Things you should never hand out (OR ASK!) ;

A copy of someone's ID; identity theft & fraud (Wake up with a maxed out creditcard)

If you get paid as in ''for goods and services'' someone can refund their money up to 90 days after purchase.
