If you go into the World of Warcraft folder, then open the WTF directory and finally open the file config.wtf with a text editor, like Wordpad, you should find a line that reads SET locale.
Please change it to read as follows:
SET locale "enGB"
Save and exit the file, then try the game again, you'll be able to see if this has worked by checking on the login page that it mentions PEGI for the age warning.
Please note this may initiate a download, as it'll have to create certain EU specific files.
if that doesnt help u may also try editing your realmlist.wtf file in the data folder to the following.
set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal eu
Please change it to read as follows:
