Help with the Chat

People can start chat with me but i can't start chat with them -.- I cleaned my cookie and everything it doesnt work.

You can only start a chat with someone that is online.

Currently the online/offline indicator is not synced with the chat indicator, they're 2 separate system, but that should be fixed within 48 hrs.
