Help with someone trying to scam me!

Hi,

to cut a long story story short the person in this thread who replied to it:

is trying to scam me with a chargeback on paypal. I have sumbmitted a long list of evidence to the contrary but if possible is there any chance an admin or someone could assist me with getting any Ip address information etc I could submit to paypal? as this was the first point of contact plus the im sure its well within there capabilities to confirm the IP address information from when the payment was made to when the chargeback was made. this may provide some additional proof that it could have been the same use.

if there are any tips etc to help with this I would really appreciate it.

I'm sorry, but we do not give out that sort of information. If it's a chargeback, there is a 99.999% chance he will win, but don't even fight it because he could have used a stolen PP account they are also the victim. Just get your account back if you don't already, create a dispute in the Active Dispute forum and fill out the form to get him banned here.

yeah i guess i figured as much. I was curious if it would make it any easier if i request paypal to contact you guys directly? that way the information would used by the "officials" for the lack of a better word?

Il follow the dispute procedure i guess.

Paypal doesn't do that as they do not accept 3rd parties into disputes. Tried it a few times in the past, always the same answer.
