Help with reporting a thread

I've spent some time looking around, but still can't find out how can I report a thread that violates the forum rules?

Under every post there are 2 report buttons.

"Report Post" - this sends an alert that something is wrong with the post

- this report button allows you to add a message if it's not obvious.

We are going to be updating the report buttons soon to make them more useful.

You can either click on the red "Report Post", which will just mark it as reported while if you click on the greyed out "Report Post", you can include a message (the reason why it violates the forum rules).
