Help with phone verification

It says a call has been initiated to deliver my pin, but I did not receive any calls. I'm based in Singapore and country code is +65. I've tried the following different formats:
1. 011 65 xxxxxxxx
2. +65 xxxxxxxx
3. 00 65 xxxxxxxx
4. 65 xxxxxxxx

All of this did not work. Anyone able to help?

It seems the call is being received, but then not being completed and we're not sure why.

I'll be upgrading the phone verification system some time this week. It will include a new option to call-in, so if you're not receiving the call you'll be able to call-in to get the PIN number. Sorry for the trouble.
