I was hoping if you can remove this negative feedback I have. I was working on the account along the way, but he wanted a refund. When he asked for the refund, I wasn't there because I was running a family emergency; so he took it as me ignoring him. Then he submitted a comment on my thread, as well as a negative feedback.
I already talked with him and everything is settled. So I was hoping if it's possible to remove the negative feedback, as well as the post that he made on my thread?
