Help! What should I say to the GMs? Account type: Trial

Hi -if anyone can help me out!

I purchased a pre-order key from a merchant and I received the key as arranged. However - the account type is still coming up as Trial under the Account Information. GMs have been telling me to look into Origin to grab the product key. However, I have only been given one key that is already entered. Is there anything else I can tell them to get my account to the proper edition which I purchased? Or is the merchant meant to give me one more key?

With Trial accounts it usually takes 12-24hr for the trial restrictions to be lifted from the account but when you enter the CD KEY it should upgraded the WoW account in your Bnet to Burning Crusade would think if not then maybe you bought CD Key that blizzard deems counterfeit or is having issue with it. I would contact billing and support see what going on.
