Help Tracking/Finding info on this person/people?

Here's the post I made on the scammers forum:

I have his name, his friends name, what middle school he went to, his city, state, and zip. I also have extensive information on a Brett Barbier, because he has played Baseball for his school(s) in Danville for some time.

Danville is WAY close to where I live (<hour drive) so if I could get my 15$ for my payment, it would be great, honestly. It's more about principle, anyways.
 
The thing is, I don't know how to get his address from his phone number for free. And assault isn't something cool to have on your record XD.

The only way I can get the address is to pay 10 bucks, which kills the point of getting my twelve dollars back.

You have made trades under the AIM aliases "Dashal555", "iliektostalku", and "d1s 1s carl0". From records, I have managed to get your cell phone number. With the cell phone number, I will recieve your address.
(10:40:21 PM) Me: I already have your school, which you and Brett Barbier went to (he's a grade higher than you, just so you know)
(10:40:49 PM) Me: Looks like you recieved a 3.0-4.0 gpa in sixth grade
(10:41:58 PM) Me: And you may have gone to Charlotte Wood.
(10:42:13 PM) Me: Don't [censored] with people on the internet.


Brett Barbier he claimed was the original owner of the account, which is funny, because the last name on the account starts with a C. Cardinal?

Please don't make threats, even jokingly. We have been forced in the past to report these kinds of things to local law enforcement.
 
Get his address , call his parents , tell them about whole transaction , and then just go to his place and talk to his parents IRL

I didnt make a threat lol .. I made a suggestion =P But i was only joking , either way , if i were you , i would just gather all the evidence you have , information , and turn it over to local law enforcement , what he did ... IS a felony.
 
I just thought about something.

What if it wasn't him who removed the account from my Blizzard account?

I mean, all indications point to him removing it in an attempted scam. He is a known scammer, has used 3 different AIM addresses for trading, he took the items he wanted from my guild wars account and left it, and will not respond to my emails.

But why remove the account from my blizzard account if he didn't even change the password? I don't get it, honestly.

Is there any other way an account could be removed from the blizzard account by blizzard other than a complaint over the phone?
