Help selling a uplay / ubisoft account

I do not know how to go about this , do I sell the user name password for the account , will this then let the buyer download the game from uplay as that's where the game is activated after initial purchase

Yes, you would give them the whole account. Just make sure to remove your private info first like any payment methods you might have added.
