hi, i've been trying to get someone to give me advice regarding this attempt to scam me of $320:

2 days ago i recieved the email stating that i should try and do whatever i can to help investigate this issue. Is it even possible to get this money back? if so how? i really need some advise on this. I thought about the possibility of sending a physical envelope to the buyer with the username/password on it but including tracking costs £5 which i don't really want to spend if i dont really need to....i'm already having to pay a chargeback fee cos of this guy
if someone can help me it would be much apprecieted (also if you could private message me the advice as i dont want the scammer to read it).
