how do i retrieve my account? i was recently scammed and the guy battle.net merged it and changed the password...i have all info just need some help please

Call customer support and inquire about the theft as you would any other WoW account. The likely case scenario is that if you provide them with the necessary information, they will detach the WoW account from the battle.net account and return it to your possession. Good luck!
