I recently bought an account for x amount of money from a guy who seemed very legit. Needless to say, bout a week later, he took it back. He gave me all the info, I just would not like to mess with all of this and get my money back.
Any tips on how to get the money back through paypal?

Let me quote you on some things, since you're too dumb to search for yourself.

Also I shouldn't even be helping you with such a childish name as yours.

I guess you're just too lazy to do some work, you just want other people to do it for you.</div></div>

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">If you/he didn't put "Intangible goods/Virtual Goods/No refund/Sent via email" on the payment/payment request you have no way of proving you sent the "tangible" goods.</div></div>

In conclusion if you didn't do the above, then you therefore lost the dispute already.

Get the account banned.

You're an a-hole.
I was merely asking for help.
Don't call me lazy if the account I was buying was being bought to make a profit.
Anybody decently nice enough to help?
I bought the account, he took it back. All it said on the invoice was goods.

So you get nothing, you lose good day sir.

You're lazy for not SEARCHING FOR YOURSELF.

I did help you, that's everything you need to know. Bottom line is that if he didn't state that the payment had to do with intangible goods, then you're out of luck.

Be more appreciative.

The lack of information was caused by laziness to not search.

Ilikecheese,

First of all, if he listed the transaction as goods then you can file a claim with paypal saying you haven't gotten the item in question yet. He will be forced to send a confirmation number to paypal, and he won't be able to provide that. If he's really smart, he might able to find loopholes around it but that's basically your best bet.

As far as the account goes, I would use all his information to recall the account. If he keeps recalling, you keep recalling. The account will eventually be locked, but it will be of no loss to you if you get your money back.

Good luck!
