Help on how to recall an account

Hey there people, i'v recently sold two toons from my own account, having the buyer make a new account under my name.

Now for some uknown reason he decided to open a dispute on paypal, removing me from skype ( perhaps trying to hold both the cash and the toons ? ) and i'm wondering what the best way would be to recall the two toons, i know how to get my hands back on an account, but two toons leaves me with some doubts.

Bare in mind that he does have a copy of my identity card, which makes the situation even more tricky i guess.

i spoke to the mod.. with my suggestions...for helping in this matter.
 
Well this is easy since you are the original owner. Call billing and account services and tell them you account was hacked, you can also submit a ticket through bnet. This may or may not lead to you having to submit a form with attached ID, This can be done via email. Now what you need to look out for is since he has a copy of you ID he may turn around and do the same thing. In this case they will require a notarized copy of the recovery form. I can give you these forms if you wanna hit me up on aim. Did this answer your question?

Yeah it did and i spoke with Sky as well, we found a " solution " so hopefully everything will go right.

The real problem lies here. When the account was sold, Neslya moved the WoW account to a battle.net account the buyer created in Neslya's name. Nes does not know the SQA to this new account. This is what we were having a problem with. :P Nes didn't own the account the WoW account was moved to.

The solution we came up with should work. :P

It doesn't matter they will roll it back "unauthorized transfer" been there before. As long as you know your orginal sqa or you have your keys your set. Even then they will still break there back to help you they always have me.
 
Yea all depends on them. They may roll it back to when the toons were xfer or they will just xfer them back on your account i've seen it both ways.
